Oct. 30th- Nov. 3rd Class News

Last Week: We had our marble jar party. They had lots of fun. Now they are working to earn their next one. Phonics: We will be continuing to review our blend ladders. We have introduced all of our blend ladders now. We are also working on 3 letters word and beginning reading sentences. We are introducing the special sound “ck”. Numbers: We should now be able to recognize and count 1-20. The teen family is the hardest so we spend the longest time on those. We will be going over the rest of the families now. So please be reviewing 1-49. Memory Verse: K- “Keep thy tongue from evil.” Psalm 34:13 Events: October 31st– Celebration of Life November 1st– NO SCHOOL for students November 8th– Class Pictures and Retakes October 30th– November 3rd, 2017

Don’t Forget: Please don’t forget to check your child’s folder each day. I send home important information in the folders and the behavior chart/ homework chart need to be initialed everyday. Also, please check snack schedule each day to know when it is your day. The pink bag will also be sent home for your day as a reminder. Please have your child color the pictures in the homework packet each day. There is no school for students on Wednesday, November 1st. Also, Celebration of Life is tomorrow, Tuesday night here on the front lawn of Victory. It begins at 7pm. Homework Monday: Do Homework Packet. My blend and Word book pages 37-38.
